Job Requirements:
– Qualification: BBA (HR) with an O/A-level background
– Experience: Fresh/Internship experience

Responsibilities:
– Facilitating the hiring managers and functional heads in the recruitment process
– Ensuring that all necessary authorization signatures and formalities are obtained prior to and after recruitment and selection.

– Developing and executing recruiting plans
– Building and maintaining effective data sources through internal CV data bank, moreover liaising with universities and headhunters for sourcing talent for vacant positions
– Preparing job descriptions and job advertisements
– Conducting initial screening interviews; making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided
– Analyzing and recommending compensation for suitable candidates keeping in view internal equity and preparing candidatures of interviewed candidates for approval.
– Managing confirmations and extensions for Management Trainees
– Implementing joining and orientation procedures
– Conducting and analyzing Exit Interviews and recommending changes through statistics and reports
